Returns and Refund Policy

Our furniture is not mass produced. The pieces are individually handcrafted using recycled or aged Tropical Teak wood.

Refunds are not given for what is considered reasonable natural defects, such as discolouration or minor cracking of the wood. Cracks may appear due to the harsh dry climate in Australia, sometimes extremely dry in periods of drought. We recommend occasional oiling the wood during these periods. Bali Daybeds have handmade joints secured by wooden pegs instead of Screws and nails etc.

Online/Instore returns Policy

We do not normally give refunds for “Change of Mind” or if you “Make a wrong decision”. We may offer a Credit voucher (expiry 3 months) or a product exchange. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Postage/return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

On Sale products may not be exchanged for “Change of mind”.

No refunds for sold as  “Seconds” product.

You may choose between a refund, exchange or Credit where goods are Faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to sample shown.  In this case, cost of return postage will be reimbursed.

Note that refunds will only be made when purchased products are returned to the That Bali Shop in original packaging and in saleable condition.
